Low-cost production technology

Through silicon source precursor substitution, drying process optimization (saving equipment investment by more than 80%/set), continuous automatic production line design, the comprehensive cost of aerogel is reduced by more than 30%, and the product performance (such as thermal conductivity ≤0.022 W/(m·K)) core performance indicators are compared with similar imported overseas products.
High-temperature thermal stabilization technology

Breaking through the technical bottleneck of easy sintering and skeleton collapse of aerogel above 300℃, the aerobic temperature resistance of the material is greatly improved to 1200℃ through the stabilization design of nanoporous skeleton and interface anti-sintering treatment, so as to solve the common pain point of aerogel material industry under high temperature condition.
